PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<br/>8.1 Svea Ekonomi AB processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (1998:2004) and thereafter applicable law.<br/>Users consent to Svea Ekonomi AB processing their personal data (including name, personal identification number, address, phone number) for the purposes set out below.<br/>The personal data obtained by Svea Ekonomi AB in connection with the agreement and thereafter, will be processed by Svea Ekonomi AB to the extent required to fulfill the agreement and to safeguard Svea Ekonomi AB:s rights.<br/>Personal data may also be processed for market and customer analyses, business management, business development and risk management. Personal data may also be processed for purposes related to direct marketing, with the User’s consent.<br/>A Card Issuer processes the personal data that Users have submitted to the Card Issuer. When Users make payments using the Service, the Card Issuer may process this data for the purpose of providing information and marketing to the User.<br/>Users may, at any time, contact the Card Issuer or Svea Ekonomi AB, depending on who is processing the personal data, and revoke their consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes.<br/>Users are entitled, once per year, to obtain a copy of the information that is registered about them and request that any inaccurate data be corrected.<br/>
